Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the conclusion of a lease contract of real estate in Ukraine, Russian Federation and France. Also, attention is drawn to the stories of the French legislation relating to the conclusion of a treaty in the light of the reform of the contractual law of 2016.
