CHECKING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE METHODOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONALLY ORIENTED TEACHING MATHEMATICS OF FUTURE TEACHER OF CHEMISTRY

Abstract

The paper describes educational experiment stages, conducted through the period from 2007 to 2013. Theoretical, psychological and pedagogical basis of the research problems were analyzed during the stated period. In the course of the search phase the search for methodical demands for assigning aims, contains of teaching material, methods selection, organizational forms and means of teaching which are facilitating the formation and development professionally oriented teaching activity of the future teachers of chemistry in teaching mathematics. The stage of formation was aimed at approbation, refinement and implementation of the developed methodical system, which aimed at formation students' mathematical and methodical skills, ways of actions on mathematical modeling, the mathematical knowledge needed in future professional activities. Evaluation of the teaching mathematics for the future teacher of chemistry methodical system effectineness was conducted by the motivational criterion, the cognitive-activity criterion and the professional-activity criterion. For all indicators the same scale (high, enough, medium, low) were used. As measuring instruments the questionnaires, inquirers and tests were used. The paper considers statistical methods of assessment by criteria during the stages of the experiment, namely non-parametric criterion. Conducted pedagogical experiment showed the efficiency of the worked out methodical system of professionally oriented teaching mathematics of the future teacher of chemistry. Furthermore, the paper provides graphical interpretation of the results and conclusions regarding the features argued for the introduction of the study.
