Abstract
Choroba Castelmana jest rzadkim limfoproliferacyjnym schorzeniem najczęściej diagnozowanym w klatce piersiowej. Przedstawiamy przypadek choroby Castelmana zlokalizowanej na szyi, potwierdzonej badaniem histopatologicznym, manifestującej się dolegliwościami związanymi z uciskiem na splot barkowy po stronie prawej.
