Циркадианная эпигенетика болезни Альцгеймера

Abstract
Междисциплинарное и межведомственное взаимодействие, геронтоневрологическая и геронтопсихиатрическая комбинированная нейрореабилитация болезни Альцгеймера (БА), сочетание здорового образа жизни, физической активности, функционального питания и поддержания активности «когнитивного мозга» на платформе 4П медицины создадут медико–экономический базис для индивидуального и регионального увеличения продолжительности жизни человека. В работе показано, что наличие специфических мутаций в генах предрасположенности к БА повышает вероятность развития заболевания. Использование в современном лечебно–диагностическом процессе, наряду с гибридными и комбинированными методами управления «когнитивным мозгом», IT–технологий и автоматического анализа полногеномного секвенирования нового поколения повышает качество оказания медицинской помощи. Изучение генетических и эпигенетических особенностей нейродегенерации позволит внедрить в клиническую практику более эффективные методы лечения возраст–зависимых когнитивных расстройств. Циркадианная эпигенетика и современная хрономедицина — это инновационные направления науки, изучающие комплексное влияние космических, биофизических, биологических, генетических, медицинских и социальных показателей (маркеров, факторов) на организм человека.
