Civic education of students: the foreign experience

Abstract
The article deals with the priority ideas of the foreign researchers concerning the essence of the civil education of schoolchildren and the desirable result. The author exposes the modern approaches to the organization and realization of the civil upbringing in the maintenance of school studying and the extracurricular activity of some countries of Western Europe and the United States of America.
