CIVIL LEGAL PROVISIONS DEFINING BASES OF REGULATION OF THE DIRECTORY'S REPORT

Abstract
The article discusses and analyzes the rules of civil law, which is reflected and regulation will, signed spouses. Examples of application of these rules in practice and problems arising there from. It is noted that this legislation needs to be improved for the proper protection of the will of each spouse and prevent unwanted effects of this transaction in the future for each of them.
