Clarification of training importance on development (family institution)

Abstract
The concepts of national security and power are changing in this era. And they are not measured with the army and hard ware component. The development issues are more considered. In this investigation we are going to study the role of internal factors in remarkable development of countries according to the ideas of renovation ideology also with use of personality and training factors. This article tries to study the role of training such as family in forming of personality and temperaments of people. There are some indexes of development expert consensus. Then the relations were clarified between the indexes with development. At the end, the role of training institutions was investigated. In the other words, how they can train the people to cause development or un-development of the society. It believes that the human is an aim of development and an instrument of development, too. So the instrument of developing should be provided to gain the development .It is important to distinguish between the training that makes development and one which makes un-development. It is easy to facilitate the path of development by correction of the problems. The hypothesis of this study is the impact of training on development. Its question refers to how do the training institutions influence or impact on development? This study also includes main and subordinate questions about the impacts of family institution.
