Classical Antipyretic Therapy

Abstract
The paper presents a contemporary view on the mechanisms of fever development in infectious diseases in children, characterized adverse effects of antipyretic agents, which should be taken into consideration in differentiated selection of the preparation. The choice of ibuprofen in the treatment of hyperthermic syndrome in children is substantiated.
