CLASSIFICATION OF CRIMES AGAINST JUSTICE

Abstract

The article deals with the classification of crimes against justice. On the basis of the analysis of the provisions of the criminal law, scientific positions, the classification of crimes against justice is proposed as a mechanism for causing harm to the object of the crime (the mechanism of influence on the criminal law protected relations)
