CLINICAL EVALUATION OF HAEMOSTASIS DISORDERS AT PREGNANT WOMAN WITH PATHOLOGICAL LEVEL OF ANTIPHPOSPHOLIPID ANTIBODIES AGGRAVATED BY MISCARRIAGE

Abstract

Results of complex examination of immunological status and haemostasis at 30 pregnant women with threatened labor are considered. Antiphospholipid syndrome carry on hypercoagulation, decreasing of antithrombine III and protein C, activation of intravascular coagulation. Antiphospholipid syndrome indicators monitoring in pregnancy complicated by threat of premature labor takes important role as significant factor of pregnancy prognosis.
