CLINICAL FEATURES OF HCV-ASSOCIATED EXTRAHEPATIC MANIFESTATIONS OF HEMATOLOGICAL NATURE

Abstract
In this article, 6 cases of extrahepatic manifestations of chronic hepatitis C of hematological nature, which were diagnosed simultaneously with identifi cation of chronic hepatitis C and combined with mixed cryoglobulinemia, have been analyzed. HCV-associated B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma was identifi ed in patients infected with HCV 1b genotype, which was morphologically characterized as large cellular or mature in the marginal zone of the spleen. B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in patients with chronic hepatitis C was combined not only with mixed cryoglobulinemia, but also other extrahepatic manifestations.
