CODIFICATION AUSTRIAN CRIMINAL LAW IN THE LATE ХІХ CENTURY – EARLY ХХ CENTURY

Abstract
Article is devoted to coverage phase’s codification process in the field of criminal law in the Austrian Empire and Austro- Hungarian monarchy in the second half of the ХІХ century – early ХХ century. Analyzed issue related to the adoption and validity in time and validity in space Austrian Criminal code 1852. The author focuses on the cause’s prolonged use of the Criminal code 1852 as in the Austrian Empire and Austro-Hungarian monarchy, and in independent Austria.
