Collaborative document processing system as part of shaping information society in Ukraine

Abstract
Information is a crucial tool and leading subject of labor at the current stage of society development. Informatization and intellectualization of all human activities, the development of the creative capacity of society members, that carry out through the ongoing exchange of information led to the emergence of a qualitatively new type of social organization - the information society. This determines the intensification of information and communications infrastructure. One of the key issues is an issue of creating a common information space for implementing tasks of electronic workflow. The aim of the article is the creation of system for collaborative processing of documents as a necessary part of shaping information society. The paper presents the structure of the electronic workflow system for e-governance. The system collective processing of documents is a kernel based on Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010, with the support of technology of Microsoft SharePoint Foundation and installed applications of Microsoft Web App. Action of the kernel is divided into three parts: the administrative, Civil Servant and client parts. The article describes the action of each component and carries out assessment of available information software in accordance with international standards. The proposed methods and tools allow you to fully organize collaborative processing system and provide information between all branches of e-government that implements a mechanism to create and process documents for various levels of management and a unified system of rules for granting access.
