COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF MODELS HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGMENT

Abstract
The paper discusses the main characteristics of the human resources management models used by international companies. Their dependence on the type of organization structure implemented by each of the aforementioned companies is analized. The advantages and disadvantages of using individual models in human resources management are also analyzed. The elements of effective human resources management in international business are highlighted.
