COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ALIMONY OBLIGATIONS FOR THE CHILD'S MAINTENANCE IN UKRAINE AND LITHUANIA

Abstract
The article deals with the definition and characteristics of alimony obligation on parents of a child in a comparative perspective between Ukraine and Lithuania. The essence of alimony obligation child who continues to learn and is a proposal amending h. 1 tbsp. 199 Insurance Ukraine with the introduction of CC experience of Lithuania. The value of conflict bindings that regulate child support obligations in the context of regulation of these relations from the account of the greatest rights and interests of the child is established.
