COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE LAWS OF MOLDOVA AND UKRAINE «ABOUT PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORT»

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the Laws of ukraine and Moldova «About physical culture and sports». The peculiarities of the organization of the state management and common directions of the process of development of physical culture and sport of both countries at the present stage are researched. It is established that the sphere of physical culture and sport is one of be the most effective factors of ensuring social and humanitarian security and stability of these countries. The increase of the level and guality of life of citizens depend on the gualitative and conseguent transformations and modernization of this sphere.
