COMPARATIVE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF FACTORING AND CREDIT CONTRACTS

Abstract
This article analyzes the characteristics of factoring contract and credit contract, defines their common and distinctive features in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. In addition, this study addresses the following issues: definitions of factoring and credit contracts, the parties of these contracts, forms of drawing up the contracts and their essential conditions.
