COMPENSATION OF HAR M CAU SED BY A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AS A PROBLEM OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE IN UKRA INE

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the investigation of issues of compensation for harm caused by a crime in the context of the implementation of the tasks of criminal justice in Ukraine and the theoretical justification of the place of compensation for harm caused by a crime among the tasks of criminal proceedings. Based on the analysis of the existing criminal procedural and civil legislation, the essence of compensation for harm in the criminal process and its constituent parts are defined. The problematic issues of the implementation of their procedural rights to the petitioner when considering a civil claim are investigated.
