Competência em informação para a gestão da mudança nas bibliotecas universitárias

Abstract
Change Management is a organizational process that connects the application of several acquirements, techniques and tools in a more efficient and powerful way, with the purpose of obtain success by significant changes, in a few aspects of organization. From this proposition, we draw a parallel with current scenery of information units, specially for university libraries and use competence in information as basic tool for change management at these units, proposing a plan of action for implementation in these institutions.
