CONCEPT AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CYBERSQUATTING

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept and characteristics of cybersquatting. The theoretical positions on the subject of research and judicial practice are analyzed. It has been established that cybersquatting is the only offense that causes the emergence of domain disputes. It was proved the necessity of special legal regulation of relations of use of commercial marks in the digital sphere.
