CONCEPT AND FORMS OF COUNTERACTION TO THE DETECTION AND INVESTIGATION OF ROBBERIES COMMITTED BY ORGANIZED CRIMINAL GROUPS

Abstract
The author of the article has conducted analysis of scientific approaches in regard to the concept and forms of counteracting the investigation. Forms of counteraction to the detection and investigation of crimes have been considered. The methods of neutralizing the counteraction to the detection and investigation of robberies have been revealed. Special attention has been focused on the fact that the implementation of measures to neutralize the counteraction to the detection and investigation of robberies committed by organized criminal groups has situational and heuristic nature, especially in conditions of atypical operative and search, investigative situations. It has been substantiated that the most effective is the combination of all measures available to an investigator and an operative officer in accordance with the intensity and nature of the counteraction, the availability of the forces and means at their disposal.
