CONCEPT AND LEGAL NATURE OF STOCK EXCHANGE AS A SUBJECT OF BUSINESS

Abstract
The article analyzes the stock exchange, which is a certain subject of management. It is proved that it has the features of a non-profit entity of a financial or other nature, which is created in a specially established order and has particular differences in the performance of activities.
