Abstract
The article defines the concept of administrative and legal status of the State Judicial Administration as defined by the legislation totality legal elements, that determines the position of the State Judicial Administration in the judiciary system, characterize it legal position in the judicial proceedings and determine the specifics of administrative and legal relations in the plane of administrative and legal support of the judiciary.
