CONCEPT OF LEGAL ACTS IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Abstract
The key to qualitative regulation of social relations and the development of the rule of law is the adoption of qualitative and effective legal acts. The application of such a characteristic involves a well-balanced legislative and normative process, competence, the choice of the best alternative, compliance with time requirements and financial capabilities of the state, focus on the outcome, binding implementation or application, as well as the possibility of applying sanctions for non-execution or mistreatment of decisions. Thus, the adoption of any public-management decision directly affects the processes of development of societies. Therefore, the article describes the concept of legal acts in the field of environmental protection, emphasizes the attention to state and management decisions, sets out the main approaches to understanding, describes the characteristics of characteristics that are specific to legal acts in the series of environmental protection.
