Conceptual analysis of three problems on the new type suspended vibration-evadable system

Abstract
Conceptual analysis of three problems on the new type suspended vibration-evadable system is brought forward in this paper. The static coupling relationship between the lateral displacement of the core tube and inclination of the box basement under the P-Δ effect is analyzed, which indicates that the lateral displacement considering the coupling relationship will be much more than that without while the overturning moment almost keeping the same value. The rigid-body swaying function of the secondary structures is constructed and solved analytically, which indicating that a secondary structure is considered as rigid body is more rational than that is considered as a lumped mass, and when the attenuation coefficient of the earthquake wave is moderate, the dynamic responses of the major and secondary structures of the suspended structure will be optimal. Based on the current Chinese Code, the nominal height-to-width ratios of the hexagonal core-tube suspended building structure under different seismic fortification intensities are listed.
