CONCEPTUAL BASES FOR PROGRAMMING OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE MONEY-CREDIT SECTOR OF THE STATE

Abstract
The article describes the actuality, as well as the practical significance of the programming of the functioning of the monetary sector in the system of financial security of the state. The conceptual structure of the system of financial security of the state as a prerequisite for the programming of its state is determined. The simulation of three scenarios of the development of the monetary sector in the system of financial security of the state is carried out. Generalized conceptual conclusions for the state policy of programming of financial security of the state and the influence on it of the parameters of functioning of the monetary and credit sector of the state.
