CONCEPTUAL BASES FOR THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE TO FUTURE BORDER GUARD OFFICERS IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING IN MILITARY SPECIAL DISCIPLINES

Abstract
The article presents the justification of the concept for the professional competence formation to future border guard officers in the process of training in military special disciplines. The results of the analysis and generalization of the organizational, pedagogical and didactic bases for training the officers to protect and defend the state border testify to the existence of contradictions in the educational process of the higher military educational establishment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. These contradictions, as well as new challenges and threats on the state border, a complex military and political situation determine the urgency of modernization of the educational process and the development of a modern methodological system for the formation of professional competence to future border guard officers in the process of training in military special disciplines. This methodological system should improve the quality of training officers for the border department; ensure mutual responsibility of the subjects of the educational process for the final results of training of border guard officers. The introduction of the methodological system is aimed at removing from equilibrium the closed and inert system of the educational process of the higher military educational establishment characterized by a number of contradictions. The author's methodological system is a subsystem of the pedagogical process, and a holistic, multicomponent entity that encompasses integrated, interrelated system-forming relations of its main elements.
