CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT OF THE ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article substantiates the problems of determining the directions and ways of achieving the maximum result of the enterprise in the conditions of resource constraints. It is proved that proper system of management of economic potential of an enterprise allows making the process of using resources more rational and purposeful. Achievement of the goal of management of the economic potential of the enterprise is realized through the management of structural elements of the economic potential of the enterprise: production, financial, investment, marketing, labor, organizational and managerial potential. The tasks of managing the structural elements of the economic potential of the enterprise are determined. The organization of the conceptual bases of management of the economic potential of the enterprise and its structural elements has been streamlined.
