CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF MEASURES OF THE CRIMINAL-LEGAL NATURE TO THE LEGAL ENTITIES IN THE CASE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THEIR AGENTS TERRORIST CRIMES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the problem of the application of criminal law to terrorist crimes. The conducted study examined the phenomenon of terrorism in criminal science, the appropriateness of imposing a mitigation of punishment for such an offense, measures of a criminal legal nature of legal persons for the commission of their agents crimes provided for by articles 258-2585 of Criminal Code of Ukraine.
