Journal Title: Гастроентерологія - Year 2013, Vol 2, Issue 48
Abstract
The paper studied the characteristics of endoscopic changes in colonic mucosa and upper gastrointestinal tract in patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease with anemia. It is found that the development of anemic syndrome in ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease depends on the severity of the structural changes in colonic mucosa and endoscopic activity of the disease.
