CONSEQUENCES OF AGING

Abstract

Aging is an inevitable change for all living organisms. Most people go panic about getting old. Its not the aging but the consequences of aging which troubles them. With principles of Ayurveda, it’s possible to slow down the process of aging, restore physical and mental strength and prevent the consequences of aging up to certain extent. The predominant signs of aging are:  Increased fat deposit  Loss of teeth  Graying of hair  Wrinkling of skin  Decreased muscle mass  Slow metabolism – slows  Gradual deterioration in function and capacity to environmental stresses.
