Considerable Issues to detect Topical-Relevance Upon Free Texts
Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2010, Vol 2, Issue 7
Abstract
Topical Relevance has always been an equivocal concept in IR evaluations upon text documents. Text Miners have been well engaged in unfolding various strategies in finding, how well the core content is expressed in a document and till what extent, the correlated topic gives out the semantic closeness xhibiting subject specificity. These directly and indirectly searched correlated term-associations initiated from the target terms, terminate in finite page vicinities of topical relevance. With this idea into the minds, the page-filtering technique emerges out as a logical approach to outline the degree of content overage. These results can be further compared with more than one test documents to rank them in order of topical relevance.

A Single Hidden Layered Fuzzy Back propagation Algorithm for Joint Radio Resource Management in Radio Access Systems
In this paper, we propose a single hidden layered fuzzy neural algorithm, which is able to provide a better quality of service constraints in a multi-cell scenario with three different radio access technologies (RATs) na...
An Index Based Skip Search Multiple Pattern Matching Algorithm
DNA Pattern matching, the problem of finding sub sequences within a long DNA sequence has many applications in computational biology. As the sequences can be long, matching can be an expensive operation, especially as ap...
Performance evaluation of H.264 decoder on different processors
H.264/AVC (Advanced Video Coding) is the newest video coding standard of the moving video coding experts group. The decoder is standardized by imposing restrictions on the bit stream and syntax, and defining the process...
