CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL STATUS OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE: UPDATED METHODS OF SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Abstract
The article focuses on the fact that, constitutionalism and globalization are complex multidimensional phenomena. That is why the study of the constitutional and legal status of the National Bank of Ukraine requires recourse not only to the methods used in legal science, but also to go beyond the limits of the former disciplinary scientific paradigms in the space between transdisciplinarity. The updated methods of scientific knowledge are identified and characterized by identifying the features of the status of the National Bank of Ukraine: interpolation and modeling, contrastive analysis, multi-variation forecasting.
