CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS: COMPARATIVE LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of a constitutional law, the revealing of similar and different features of the latter in the legal systems of modern times. The distinction between the regime of approval of the amendment and the content of the law is considered. It is noted that in a number of countries, “constitutional law (act)” is widely and differently used in a legal science, both at doctrinal and legislative levels. As a result of the study, it has been found that the meaning of the concept is not always identical and unambiguous. Even within a single country, the concept of a “constitutional law” may include a number of laws that are different according to the subject of their regulation.
