Constitutional laws in the legal system of Ukraine.

Abstract
The article deals with the constitutional law in the legal system of Ukraine. In this article were analyzed different opinions and approaches of scientists to the definition of constitutional law, their status and place in the legislation. Today there’s a tendency to the using of constitutional law as an important means of regulating the constitutional relations. In Ukraine, there isn’t constitutionally fixed classification of laws, that’s why it’s problematic to define the legal status of constitutional laws. The Constitution of Ukraine does not introduce any gradation laws by their legal force. Most scientists consider that in the Constitution should be a clear list of constitutional laws. There is analyzed mechanism for resolving disputes between the President and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as to adoption of laws and their signing.
