CONSTRUCTION OF THE STUDENT SELF GOVERNANCE SYSTEM IN PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract
The article reveals theoretical and methodological issues of the formation of the system of student self-government in the institutions of the system of vocational education. The conditions for students' self-government to become effective are revealed. The principles and functions of public administration of educational institutions are singled out. Four groups of self-government in vocational education institutions are allocated: student, pedagogical, parental, self-government institution. On practical examples, the experience of establishing a self-government system at the Kyiv Antonov Makarenko Vocational-Pedagogical College was considered.
