CONTENT OF INTERFERENCE AS A SOCIALLY DANGEROUS ACT AS PART OF AN OFFENSE UNDER ART. 170 KK OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of preclusion as a socially dangerous act in corpus delicti, provided in the Article 170 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Based on logic-semantic and morphologic analysis it ascertains that preclusion is always an illegal influence on activity. It proposes notion and defines content of preclusion of legal activities of labour unions, political parties, non-governmental organizations.
