CONTESTING THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS OF CUSTOMS EMPLOyEES

Abstract
In any social activity, violations and abuses are possible through some illegal actions. No exceptions shall be made to this effect neither the customs authority, nor the persons operating within the Customs services. Through some illegal actions of customs employees, the rights of natural or legal persons may be injure. Thus, the present research relates the aspects of the form of contesting the illegal actions of customs employees in relation with natural or legal persons. The research given, highlights the way of defending the legal rights of natural or legal persons harmed by some of the illegal actions of the customs employees and shows how to challenge these illegal acts. In this study, the administrative and judicial route of the method of contesting the illegal actions of customs employees was identified.
