Abstract
The technical performances accomplished in competitions by more and more clubs and sporting associations from Romania, as well as practicing volley at an international level constantly direct, along with some other phenomena, the bettering of the volley players training methodology, beginning with the initiation age up until the highest preparation model. The multi-valent and multi-lateral training is thus assured, by creating new structures and precise action technologies for each volley player category. Present in the learning plan and school curriculum, the volley game is one of the means participating in the process of reaching the main objectives and the general Presentation of the selected subject groups: Two groups that were worked with inside the experiment are: the witness group and the experimental one, both composed of teenagers of 13-14 years old. The experimental group was composed of the L.P.S. – C.S.S. Piteºti female sport players, while the witness group was composed of female pupils from the General School No2 and practicing volley in an organized manner inside the sport club. Staging the activity that took place inside the experiment During stage I of our research, corresponding to the first semester of the school year 2007-2008, we used as a research method the pedagogical observation and inquiries under the form of “yes” or “no” questionaries, which allowed us to underline the necessity of introducing the global method of both specific physical training and technical preparation. We consider this first stage as a test and approval experiment allowing us to elaborate a methodological content under an improved shape, corresponding to the training process for the female volley groups of 13- 14 years. The second stage of our research was led during the second semester of the 2007-2008 school year and took place at the Pitesti School No 2.
