CONTROVERSIES AND DILEMMAS ON SOLVING THE ISSUE OF ECONOMIC SECURITY IN POLAND

Abstract
The article titled ‘Controversies and Dilemmas on Solving the Issue of Economic Security’ identifies and characterises controversies and dilemmas which raise the issue of economic security of a country in the conditions of contemporary development of the world economy. This detailed look, from the point of view of new institutional economy, allows three important subsets to be distinguished, those which are open as well as those which remain in strict correlation to each other. The first one is of a methodological nature; the second one derives from the area of changes generated by the processes of globalisation and regionalisation; the third one is the aftermath of civilisational changes taking place in the world of technology and organisation of business activities, as well as human and social attitudes.
