COPYRIGHT PROTECTION FOR THE UNREGISTERED FASHION DESIGNS

Abstract
This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the issues and specifics of the copyright protection for the unregistered fashion designs. The stages of formation and the current state of the normative provision of copyright protection for the unregistered designs. Formation and current state of the legal provisions regarding the copyright protection for the unregistered fashion designs at the international level are analyzed. The measures necessary to obtain protection by copyright are determined and analyzed . On the basis of the following research positive and negative aspects of the copyright protection for the unregistered fashion designs are determined.
