Corporate culture: concept and theoretical approaches of the study

Abstract

Annotation. The purpose of the paper is to study the historical and functional genesis of the notion of "corporate culture", the modern degree of engagement of Ukraine in the international division of labor. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, calculation and analytical method. Findings. The article is devoted to the study of historical and functional genesis of the concept of "corporate culture". There are several basic approaches to the concept: functional, psychological, descriptive, historico-genetic, normative, the study of which is the theoretical basis for the formation of directions for the improvement of corporate culture. Practical value. It is established that the study of approaches to the definition of the essence of corporate culture enables the formation of directions for its further improvement.
