CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING IN THE FINANCIAL CRISIS

Abstract
Article is dedicated to the restructuring of joint-stock companies in Ukraine. We investigate the practice of using forms of corporate restructuring in the Ukrainian economy over the past fifteen years. Characterized the market trend of mergers and acquisitions Ukrainian companies of different sectors of the economy. Specifically, in 2008, the crisis had a negative impact on the pace of mergers and acquisitions in Ukraine and changed their motives. Improving social -economic not instability in the country in 2013-2014, not only led to a slowdown in corporate restructuring for the expansion of markets and product promotion, but also made it extremely important anti-crisis measures and functions in the system of corporate governance.
