CORPORATE STRATEGIC PHILANTHROPY PJSC “UKRAINIAN RAILWAY”

Abstract
The article substantiates the importance of corporate philanthropy during the formation of a favorable environment for business. The necessity of finding effective ways of organizing charitable activities for domestic railroad transport is substantiated. The conceptual provisions of corporate philanthropy are investigated. As a result of the analysis of the theoretical positions, it was determined that the higher the level of corporate philanthropy, the higher the interest of the company in its charitable activity and the more qualitatively it is planned and conducted in the maximum in accordance with the strategic directions of the company’s development, so it is more profitable both for the society and for the company itself. This allowed highlighting the basic directions of corporate strategic philanthropy for PJSC “Ukrainian Railways”.
