CORRELATION BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL FACTORS AND COMPONENTS OF PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT OF STATE FISCAL SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract

In the article author deals with the correlation between organizational factors and components of professional burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduction of personal achievements) of employees of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. Organizational factors of professional burnout consists of direction of activity, position, level of management, length of employment, etc. Also the author indicates features of professional burnout of employees of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
