Abstract
Aim- Correlation of Cardiovascular efficiency with regular Physical activity in First Year MBBS Students . Method- cross-sectional study was conducted on 50 MBBS students in age group of 18-24 yrs of Rama medical college and research centre. Cardiovascular fitness was measured by performing Harvard step test. Data analysis- The samples were analysed using SPSS-22 programme through Pearsons correlation method.
