CORRELATION OF REMEDIES, METHODS AND FORMS OF PROTECTION OF THE PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A FOREIGN INVESTOR

Abstract
This article deals with the issues of the correlation of remedies, methods and forms of protection of the property rights of a foreign investor. The analysis of theoretical approaches to definition, delimitation and the direction of their improvement was made, were outlined the defining characteristics of these categories. Have been developed the author’s definitions and approaches for distinguishing the concepts under research, also was made a conclusion about the need for further theoretical studies in this direction.
