Creation of the Academic Council in Olbia expedition (1927-1930)

Abstract
This article is devoted to the line of problem questions bounder with the process of organization and first steps of activity of temporary scientific council in the management of Olbian expedition in 1927. Special attention is devoted to the preconditions and circumstances which led to creating of collective council of management and to the role of some persons and institutions in this process. The solution of this circle of questions is based on the significant number of archival documents, mainly of Scientific archives of IA NASU, different published data. Mentioned materials are evidence of existence of numerous different level contradictions between government institutions of that time (mainly VUAK and Ukrnauka) and some of their persons. The impossibility of their principal and logical solution naturally led to the creating of collective body – scientific council – for the management of Olbian expedition.
