Abstract
Finally, the rootedness and success of reforms depend to a large extent on providing a constructive vector for the liberation of the creative potential of the population. Accordingly, the tasks of social and individual education are structured by the goals of the formation of the personality, actually its formation. The cultivation of the social environment that fosters the development and realization of the essential forces of man is the decisive factor of productive socialization/acculturation. Qualitative and quantitative complication of ecumene under the influence of post-modern, post-global and post-industrial transformations requires an adequate change in the potential for effective practical and theoretical influence on reality. Thus, objective grounds for increasing multilevel diversity are expanding. At the same time, for the consolidation of the subjective prerequisites for development, the role of protecting the standards of relations that are regarded as fair is growing. This, in turn, additionally accentuates the importance of the uniqueness of cultural and civilizational worlds.
