Criminal characteristics of crimes objects in the sphere of intellectual property law

Abstract
Criminal characteristics of objects of crimes in the sphere of intellectual property law are analyzed in the article. Objects of intellectual property law such as objects of copyright and related rights, objects of industrial property rights, objects of means of differentiating the participants in the economic turnover of goods and services are characterized. The types of crimes, which the legislator has classified to the crimes in the sphere of intellectual property law are defined. Criminal characteristics of these objects are given. It is also paid attention to the victims of this crime category. The subject of crime in the sphere of intellectual property law is defined.
